How does the commission work?
- With the Commission plan, 5% of each customer payment is deducted automatically when the payment is collected. With the Flat plan, nothing is deducted.
- Stripe fees are charged to your connected account, as with any Stripe account.
- If you refund a customer, the commission already deducted is not returned.
- You can change plan whenever you like, pro rata: the commission follows the plan active at the time of each payment.
Above €4,000 collected per month, the Flat plan works out cheaper (€100 + 5% × €4,000 = €300).

Frequently asked questions
Do I need a ChiptunePRO account?
Yes: you sign in to the manager with your ChiptunePRO account. If you do not have one, sign-up is free and you are brought back here automatically.
Who collects my customers' money?
You do. Payments go into your own Stripe Connect account, opened in your name, then to your bank account. Chiptune only takes your plan's commission, if any.
Are invoices issued in my name?
Yes. Each purchase generates an invoice in your company's name, with your numbering, your VAT scheme and your legal statements.
Can I use my own domain name?
Yes, with a subdomain (for example files.your-garage.com) pointed via CNAME to dns.chiptunepro.com. The HTTPS certificate is created automatically.
What happens in the event of a refund?
You refund your customer from the manager or your file's admin, with or without removing the credits. The commission already deducted and Stripe fees are not returned.
Can I change plan or cancel?
At any time. A plan change is immediate and charged pro rata. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month.
What happens to my data if I stop?
Your site goes offline at the end of the subscription and your data is kept for 90 days, giving you time to resubscribe or export it. It is then deleted.
Can I have several files?
Yes, as many as you like: each file has its own subscription, brand, domain and Stripe account.
